Hi Shilpi, This is Vikas from Mumbai. I am facing exactly the same kind of problem that you have faced. In my case though, they havent given me a complaint number also. They are just giving me the cell number of a person who always keeps it switched off. I even contacted the Service manager but d...ont will that be of any help. Has your problem been solved? Hi Rahul, even I had once ordered for a product but never received it. That was the first time I was buying something on rediff so had chosen the pay on delivery method, so fortunately dint loose money.

Thank you Mustafa for taking time to read my comments and replying. Well, till today I haven't received any coupons. I had paid them 199 in cheque and the paper vendor was not given much information about the scheme also. Everyday he is delivering me the copies. Paper vendor does not have my coup...ons either, they r still with DNA. So he is yet to receive any payments for the papers he is giving me. In my case though I am receiving the copies till now thats almost 3 months now. It was just last week that all this thing happened. The person from DNA had said that he would come yesterday to return the cheque but he did not turn up. I think it was just a strategy by dna to try and see if they can earn some more money. They might have thought that their paper is so great that its readers will pay any amount to read it. Thanks again, VikasRead More

Hi Mustafa, first of all a gud review. I am also facing a similar probelms now. By now have you started receiving your copies? My problem is that when I had bought this scheme I was asked to pay 199 rs which I paid the. Now last week a person from DNA comes and tells me that the scheme now costs 3...99 and I have to pay extra. Can u please guide me as to what I can do now?
