The all pain which, I have got with this Carrier AC. So, I am just writing the events which, I have faced with this Product:
1.) I have bought this AC in April 2005 from Carrier Con, NAYA BANS, NOIDA in 25000.
2.) From the start itself stabilizer makes too much noise and I was feeling little bit of foul smell in the room after 4-5 hours of the start of the AC.
3.) I made this complaint to the respective dealer but, nothing has happened. I have made it several times and in fact, I have told that look like some gas is leaking. But, nothing has been done.
4.) In the next summer e.g. in 2006, all of a sudden AC stops cooling. I have complained about this. Dealer has told that gas is completely empty due to the gas leak. They have said they will fill the gas and stop the leak. In the Delhi summer, I didn't have any choice so, gave 2200/ and repaired it.
But, parallely, I have filed a complaint in the consumer forum that this AC was leaking since the start of the day one and I have made several complaints but, no action has been taken by them .So, this AC must be replaced. After so much of my fight they have replaced it in August 2006. But, my 2200 ruppes has already gone.
5.) Now, in the start of summer 2008, when a service person came for servicing he told that this AC is not cooling brcause again gas has leaked. Maine to apna matha hi pakad liya. Aisa lag raha tha jaise AC nahin, 25000 rupees mein koi KABAD aur saath mein SIR DARD khareed kar ke le aaya. Mein aaj bhi us din ko kosta hoon jis ashubh ghadee mein maine carrier AC khareedne ka faisla kiya tha.
6.) Dilli ki garmi, koi jhel nahin sakta. Marta kya na karta. Is bar bahut kahne pe 1800 rupees le kar ke carrier walon ne gas fill kiya.
7.) now, hardly after 1.5 months again, looks like gas has completely empty. Cooling stops.
Now, the situation is worst. Electricity bill is very very high. Hardly to run this 1.5 ton window carrier AC for 6-7 hours in a day, electricity bill is around 1800/ month.
In 2006, itself I have decided that, I will take the revenge for this from carrier company for this cheating and fraud and frustation. By god, after that I have put my best effort to stop those ppl to buy this carrier AC who are really inclined to buy this AC.
Since then, I have never recommended to buy this carrier AC to any one and also narrated this whole story to every one in my company. In fact, I have posted this whole story on the company notice board. SO that, none should get cheated. In fact not only this, several times in KAY DEE (ACshop in ATTA) or some other AC shops wherever, I have found that a customer is buying AC there I have talked to them and told that don't buy this carrier AC. It is highly worst product. Rather buy LG, Samsung, whirpool or anything else or if you can pay bit high then best buy HITACHI.
Khuda ki KASAM, ab tak kam se kam maine 15 customers ko jo ki carrier ka AC khareedna chahte the unko LG or hitachi or samsung or whirlpool AC lene ko kaha. ANd, they have bought some other brand rather than carrier.
Lekin, mein abhi bhi iske KHOON KI PYASI hoon. App logon se mera request hai, don't buy this carrier AC. You will not only get worst product but also, frustation, headache and high electricity bill.
Now, it's your choice. It was my responsibility as a consumer to share my experience with you ppl about this carrier product so that none other can be cheated by carrier company. Now, it's your time to think before buying this AC. And also, plz, let know others also like your relatives, fellow ppl in company or friends about this carrier AC product.

Now, review sites are available. SO, first read the user's experience and then only buy. This way, we consumer would be able to stop such stupid and worst company who sells the worst product and cheat public.
