Yeah, definitely i agree with you. If you read my review, even i had the same problem. I had to visit the branch 4-5 times to just activate my internet banking facility. This is not what you expect from so called 'good banks'. Still they have not sent me userid/password. And true, there is no co-ord...ination between the phone banking officers and the branch. They act and behave as none of them know that the other exists. This is really disgusting and wasting once precious time. They don't have any value for the customers time.Read More
