I guess India is the only country where these companies take customers for granted. In India Customer Service Mean 'Kast Kar aur Mar'. The companies take advantage of the slow judiciary process and are very well aware that nothing can go against them. Cheers to Indian Judiciary!

Not sure whethere you are getting to write this review. Hathway’s customer service is pathetic and good for nothing. I have called the helpdesk multiple times and have wasted more money than the subscription charges to get the connectivity issued resolved. Till date the issue stands open and has not... been resolved. I look like a fool when calling hatway’s help less desk...Read More

Airtel does not have helpdesk they have a 'helpless' desk. They should fire the customer service department and save cost as they are good for nothing.
