I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND ALL OF YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM REDIFF ONLINE SHOPPING... They are fraud & they least care about there customers. You cant even contact them if you have any enquiry (There is no Customer care phone no. or email ID on their website)... Its been more than 10 days & my order is still not delivered... they are not even cancelling my order.... this has happened with me twice before...
They often run out of stock and don't bother to inform us at all... & when you chase it up thru their website enquiry form... they don't usually answer you. Its the worst ever online service I have come across. Indiatimes shopping is much better than Rediff. You may even try Ferns 'n' Petals.. they are good. But Rediff shopping is hopeless... None of my previous orders on rediff were delivered on the day I wanted it to be delivered... & they don't even have a courtesy to say sorry.
