Are you staying in one of the metros? Then, try digital cable TV. At least in Bangalore, you have this ’’set top box’’, just like your Tata Sky set top box given by cable tv person and with that, you will get digital cable with very good quality of video and audio, just for 1000 rupees and same rent...als as your regular cable tv... Citibank has officially confirmed that such facility does not exist, so as ICICI bank. I have personally validated with my bank that this is wrong. Consider removing this post to avoid heavy 'NU' ratings and comments against this. On the other hand, if you want more popularity...just enjoy the same ...by keeping this as it is..!!

Well, its good to see some one really touching this point of 'pricey'. I have almost stopped going there due to their pricing, which seems to increase by 30 to 40% every year, without any reason.
I felt cleanliness, projection, sound are good, but I should agree with you on their 'small' screens,... especailly, screen 2 to screen 6. You just won't feel like you are in a theatre watching a movie wort 180/- per person.
When I got really hurt is that, I went with my friend to watch a movie in Garuda (thats another robber in bangalore) and realized that their ticket is 220/- per person and people are queueing up to see the moves... I decided to just go back and get a dvd when its released, instead of buying at that price.
God help Bangalore and lets only 'hope' that people gets smat enough, not to go to these theatres, which will force them to reduce prices.

I have had similar horrible experiences with Tata Broadband, its really bad to hear that the same level of service is provided even with telephone services... after all their internet runs on their telephone wires. For me, they have over billed me for six months and they refused to correct the bill ...(along with pathetic service of connection being down the every other day).
So, I decided to cancel my connectoin and I have feared that they will not cancel my service if I tell over phone. So, I took their wires, modem etc., along with a letter that I no longer need their service (with two copies) and as soon as I handed over their stuff, I got the second copy stamped and signed by them as a proof.
In any case, customers will teach them a lesson if they continue to be pathetic.

When the theatres started, they started charing Rs.180/- per person, now recently when I went, the prices were Rs.220/- per person. I simply returned back without watching the movie there. You may accept the prices, but for me, its like mosquitoes squeezing blood. A family of 4 want to watch a movie... there, they have to spend a fortune.

Glad to see a 5 star rating given by a member for clinic. Even my mother joined there and got very good results. So, my 'Not Useful' rating is not for the clinic, its just for your review. I expected the review to say much about the clinic, the way they operate, the way they heal, the good medicines... they use and why one should approach the clinic. However, I did not find any such details here, all I saw is some cribbing about people who wrote reviews against it.

I liked your review, just because you echoed some of my concerns and tried to find those things from the customer service personnel. I didn't do that, I simply went to their website and found the details, like they have no clue what would be pricing after 4 months, the list of channels they are offe...ring, the cost of set top box, where you can get one and also the fact that they don't have any aa-laa-carte packages. So, I am also just waiting and watching on how it all will turnout when these initial package deals are over. Till then, we have every right to be apprehensive and unless you are absolutely horrified by your local cable experience and willing to take the risk, just stick on to cable operator.... any how, thanks for your review..its a good one..

This is wrong. If you switch the place of storage to 'Memory Card' and change the video resolution setting, there is no max limit on the duration of the clip that you can shoot. I mean, its limited by the space you have on the card. Just play with the optoins I suggested and you will get it ;-)

Hi,
Very good review. Exactly what I felt and found out when I wanted to buy this phone. Later decided skip this one (due to its cons and bulky size) and went for SE W700i. Its been good so far and I am totally satisfied with it for a 12k investment. Feel free to have a look at my review on the a...bove phone when you have some time...

Let us all agree that India played badly yesterday and thats the simple reason for the loss. Look at the way South Africans, Austrailans and even New Zealanders bowl. Do you think our guys come any closer? Agarkar lacks pace and bowls wides generously and Pathan starts of with a wide defending a mod...est total and a catch dropped ealry in the innings, bad team selection (lack of Powar on this pitch surprised me for sure).. what happened to Munaf in the end? I thought he is better of bowling last over than Ajith... Why is our captain not even trying to save his wicket by grounding his bat (forget about a diving effort)? Isn't all this poor cricket folks?. Let us stop blaming fate or people and let us all tell our guys to play good cricket. It will be a real shame for cricket if our team wins this cup with this level of cricket skills display. And as some one already said, whatever over is over, how many times India lost and won and how many times we are in this situation and totally forget about it after few days?
