I had taken a Tata Indicom Broadband connection 4 months back, and had to wait 19 days to get the connectivity. But the product is really good on the speed, and relaibilty of service.
Recently I shifted my residence and applied for a new line. It was just a matter of one day for getting the connection. I was so impressed, and spoke to the concerned manager at VSNL, and was informed, that they have turned around over the last 3 months. They are very active by virtue of change in the internal structure. They are more focussed territory wise and are focusing on the complete product cycle, rather than selling alone.
Good to hear that companies are genuinely changing around and are getting very customer focussed. For a Govt. Company taken over by Tatas this is a welcome change and impressive.
Today I stand convinced to refer the Tata Indicom Broadband to my friends.
