Yes, I had written to both Aditya Puri and RBI Ombudsman in the same mail. Fortunately it worked for me, but I can be sure inly after getting my Oct statement.

I have sent the mail to HDFC and RBI Ombudsman. I am out of town now - in Bangalore for official purpose, so cannot go for court case. Lets see what happens, then I will update it here.
