It wasnt Madhu who tripped, it was the other girl who was mad cause didn't get to open the show - and she had diamonds in her hair cause she intended to smuggle them out of the country right after the show. i thought your review was not much of a review - although it was funny - since it was a fictional derogative conversation between people behind the movie and is probably pretty offensive to the actual people, if they stumble across it. i doubt you'd appreciate the humor if i came up with a conversat...ion between you and someone else which made you sound foolish and posted it in a public forum. Might be a good idea to stop taking such liberties as slandering others just cause they happen to be celebrities and because we can, and because this is mouthshut where we can say whatever we want, apparently. good review, on an awesome movie. i dont think you should've mentioned that bit abt tommy getting made though, cause thats part of the stuff that happens towards the end, and is a spoiler in your review for someone who hasnt watched the movie. Keep writing!

i watched this movie fairly recently and loved it...am dying to watch the rest of Miyazaki's movies. i was never into anime before this movie and 'grave of the fireflies'. definitely a genre worth exploring. great review; keep writing...

that was an excellent review, but you know what? i've seen quite a few girls fall for that cute, 'i'm so perfect' act and then the guy turns into an idiot later. what i hated about this movie (aside from the fact that it starred sharukh) was that it perpetuated the stereotypes of dumb (modern day) w...omen who fall for such bs and left it at a note where we could interpret a 'happily ever after' ending. which never happens in real life. i would've actually liked the movie, regardless of ALL its cons, if they'd shown the girl to have the balls to actually leave the guy for good. i cant believe that the director showed the hero to be so incredibly mean and insecure and STILL made the girl go back to him! it spelt doom. I couldnt even consider it a badly done movie cause i was busy getting worked up over the whole gender stereotypes issue! glad a lot of people hated it! keep writing... SarahRead More

A boring LOVE story?? It was a movie about survival during World War II for a Jew...and the atrocities against them in Poland...and a talented musician...not about LOVE!

That was an excellent review but i disagree with the flaws. He wanted to survive because it is a basic instinct...all of us want to survive...AND he was a talented musician...he wanted to survive because he was in love with his art and had a lot to live for... Also, i think the actor emoted very ...well without words, through his eyes...he didnt need to say he was sad or relieved or grateful...his eyes did. And i doubt that people helping him survive expected a thank you, the time they were living in made such formalities dispensible. funny review, i think most ppl hate kareena. i think she looks like she's disabled. her face, and expressions make her look like an overgrown kid. she has a good body, but she's definitely not all that. Fardeen is superrrrrr hot!!!!! great review, keep writing... Sarah

excellent review, i absolutely loved the movie!! i thought lisa ray's acting was great, she seemed absolutely natural. Rahul was a bit stiff. but i'd watch the movie over and over AND over again just for daadi ji's dialogues and their delivery!! absolutely incredibly hilarious!! 'NO!!!!
