This is a regular feature that we see after every incident. The blame is pointed towards Pakistan. If they are so sure about its involvement, why are they not banning everything Paki and taking strong action against the country (not advocating war). The customer service in India sucks. Nokia has a great market share in India but they have been shipping defective products. I once faced a situtation wherein an out of box phone was having a faulty keyboard,on showing that to the dealer he sent me to the service center where they wanted to keep... a new phone for service. My suggestion, publicise this on the internet and never purchase Nokia. I switched to sony ericsson but they are not better.Read More

Hello, I wonder why they are not replacing it. Its just two months old and it is showing faults. There should be some replacement policy. Go to the service center, talk to their manager and shout at them to get it replaced. In India, you are only given service, if you shout at your t...op pitch and abuse people. Try it, they might give you a new handset. Ask for the new handset or else take them to the consumer court over faulty phone.Read More

I have also received the call about my address verification, etc from Airtel. I asked the guy how can i make sure that You are from airtel and reveal my personal details. He said. that you can call back on this number and ask whether it is an Airtel call center. It was a stupid suggestion as he was ...calling from some mobile number. He would have himself replied that 'Yes this is Airtel'. Anyways, I gave him the information. I called back Airtel Customer Service and told them that this is not the way to verify customer credentials.Anybody could call and say they are from Airtel and I would be forced to give my personal details. I suggested airtel people to find something more credible for personal information verification. But the only answer that i got from them is that they are sorry for the inconveinence.. and Nothin else !!!!Read More
