I now
realized why they coined their spoof name as shitty bank cause they are
plain old shitty in their dealings. They have the highest number of
hidden charges and the interest rates are fixed at their discretion
which means you take what ever sh*t they give you - forgive my French,
my German is even worse!
You have no control over your money which is
not yours once put it in their unsafe criminal hands ’’Corporate
theft’’ has an live example - try banking with Shitty Bank today! Call
your nearest phone officer and get ready to be sh*t on life long on an
on ting tong!
I had got a CC from shitty 5 years back when things were stable and I had the confidence to pay on time and balance my outstanding. In between things went really tough on me with my sisters marriage and family commitments where I had to borrow money to survive. During this period I was not able to pay attention to my cards outstanding but it did not mean that I have neglected it anytime. All I was asking was for time to arrange to pay and settle the amount.
I got a new job that increased my earning potential and this bestowed my confidence to be able to pay back the amount due to Shitty; to my unfortunate luck the company banked with Shitty - why because they had lot of free corporate gift goodies to give away! Anyway I was on the verge of recovering from my debts and the company decided to terminate my employment due to operational reasons. I had saved 30k in my salary account that would help me pull the month. Shitty bank decides to transfer funds towards my CC outstanding without my concent I was totally baffled when this happened and called them up immediately. Their customer service had to say that the funds were made towards recovery of the outstanding to your card - cool! But with who's consent?? Did the bank even have the courtesy to keep the customer informed of whats happening with his money - if not why even bother having the customer, just take his money and feel free to do what you please!
NOTE: The accounts were not even linked in the first place, besides the point!
I lost my job guys and have been trying to make ends meet by
pulling through thick and thin. I happen to be the bread winner for the
family which includes a 3 year old school going child. All those in my
situation would totally understand the commitments a bread winner has. I am left penny less today thanks to this bank. Thanks to the support of friends and immediate family I am in a position to take care of things till I get a new job which I am hoping will be soon. But readers I sincerely ask you to comment your opinion after reading if it was ethical on the banks behalf to Transfer and recover the funds from my savings without my consent?
