My issue is: for a project in such a location, the price per square foot is high; you’re paying a central tax, but the built-up isn’t massive, so the value equation feels tight. Some of the “sky” amenities sound great on paper, but whether all of them are maintained or used is a question, as rooftop areas are often less practical in Mumbai. And for buyers wanting massive space, these 2 BHKs may seem modest, so not for someone who wants sprawling and open rooms.

The downside of a Big project like Stardom is that it comes with big scale-downs further down the line; you might face delays, higher maintenance, or shared amenities being crowded. Also, for all its features, Malad West is still far away in terms of modernity when compared to the central suburbs, so commuting and other facilities will give you an inadequate feeling.

For the size, the price tag (?1.15 Cr for 1 BHK) is way too steep, especially when you compare it with other suburbs. Being an under-construction project (possession slated for Dec 2026 per their site) means waiting is necessary, which is not great if you're already sitting with a packed bag. Finally, being in Mulund East, traffic and infrastructural strain could possibly become a real factor in the long run.

Yes, the apartments are very compact; you definitely will feel it once you set the furniture in. Storage becomes a creative problem that you have to solve, but if you have a family, it might feel restrictive. Since it’s still under construction in some phases, there’s the usual uncertainty around timelines and noise around the site.
