What drew me to Ruparel Luminare was the rooftop deck that is equipped with a gym, a pool, and a lounge area, which really further elevates the whole lifestyle experience. I am living in a Ruparel apartment for 8 months now. I linked the finishing and interiors. The best part is the sea view from the balcony. I was not expecting this at this price point in Mumbai. Maintenance is also handled well and there is no issue with water or electricity so far.
