What drew me to Ruparel Luminare was the rooftop deck that is equipped with a gym, a pool, and a lounge area, which really further elevates the whole lifestyle experience. The building design is modern, and the use of space inside the apartments feels smart for a compact layout. Amenities are well thought out, especially for someone who doesn't like to step outside the building often. The neighbourhood around Dadar East is also super convenient, with quick access to stations and markets. It’s one of those projects that instantly feels aspirational when you walk in.

I booked my 2BHK in Ruparel Premia last year, and I still stick with the feeling that it’s one of the better high-rise options that can be offered in Mulund West. The lobby, amenities, and overall design convey a premium aura that's rarely found in this area. The view from the upper floors is spectacular, and the sales team was super responsive during my booking phase. But the connectivity to the Eastern Express Highway is what makes living here worthwhile because of the painless commuting. For a first-time buyer, it'll feel like a great mix of comfort and class.

It's been a while since I’ve been comfortably settled at Ruparel Panache, and still, the sea-view balcony never fails to amaze me and make me feel like I've achieved the biggest win. The layout is airy, and the way the natural light hits the living room in the mornings, ahh... just sets the tone for the day. Even the overall vibe of the tower feels premium, especially the lobby and common communal areas. Things like water pressure and lift speed, yes, boring but important stuff, have been consistently smooth. And with the addition of a Santacruz West address, it genuinely delivers more than I ever expected.

A 42-storey tower in Kandivali West, Palacio, genuinely feels like a “palatial”, aka a palace residence. With only 2 apartments per floor, private-lift access, and a double-height entrance lobby offers you real exclusivity. There’s a sky party lawn, a sky observatory deck, a jacuzzi, and an acupressure pathway, so the amenities they provide will feel premium. The 3 BHK units are fairly large (955 sq ft carpet) for that height, which is rare to none in Kandivali. The location is decent and relatively close to Kandivali Railway Station, Western Express Highway, and metro access. For someone wanting a high-rise, high-status home in the western suburbs of Mumbai, you know where to go.

Elavia ticks all the boxes correctly. Dadar East is already a prime spot; you’ve got strong transport links and neighbourhood infrastructure, and now the metro is within a few distance away. Millennia’s location alone is a huge advantage, and Parel does make commuting ridiculously easy, whether you’re travelling by train, cab, or even walking to nearby spread offices. The internal design is compact but neatly optimized, and the finishing inside the homes is surprisingly good for the segment. Common areas feel well-maintained, and the security staff is professional and responsive at the time of assistance. Malad West’s infrastructure is steadily improving, and once you scout around, you'll know that you're getting more space for the budget compared to inner-city zones.

When I visited, I loved the rooftop amenities and how theyve used space smartly. The kids play area and sky gym were truly appealing.

I am living in a Ruparel apartment for 8 months now. I linked the finishing and interiors. The best part is the sea view from the balcony. I was not expecting this at this price point in Mumbai. Maintenance is also handled well and there is no issue with water or electricity so far.
