I visited Pride in Kurla East, and what struck me first was how compact and well-planned the offered 1-2 BHK layouts are (323-467 sq ft carpet to be exact) for the price. Being located in Nehru Nagar, the connectivity is genuinely decent for central/suburban access, which is rare at this budget.
