The amenities are lovely, especially the rooftop ones; there’s a sky deck, observatory, juice section, and even a gazebo for quiet evenings. If you've families, the 2 BHK units offer garden and city views, which is a rare combo in Ghatkopar East. Connectivity-wise, shops, grocery stores, and every necessary daily convenience are within 1 km. Plus, there’s a dedicated 14-level parking tower, which is huge in a city like Mumbai.

I am living in a Ruparel apartment for 8 months now. I linked the finishing and interiors. The best part is the sea view from the balcony. I was not expecting this at this price point in Mumbai. Maintenance is also handled well and there is no issue with water or electricity so far.
