The flip side of living here is that several residents have already mentioned concerns around finishing quality, and I, too, did notice a few uneven edges and fittings myself. A couple of units had seepage issues, which is a red flag in a brand-new building. When you’re paying a premium for Dadar East, you expect tighter quality control. So while the concept is fantastic, the execution needs to be more consistent.
