You should know the flip side, if you decide to live here: the unit sizes are very tight, and if you’re planning to grow a family or want more breathing room is it should be a solid No. Also, since it’s in a developing part of Kurla East, you’d have to deal with more traffic and construction noise compared to premium suburbs. No doubt it's good for entry-level buyers, but not ideal for long-term expansion of the family.

I visited Pride in Kurla East, and what struck me first was how compact and well-planned the offered 1-2 BHK layouts are (323-467 sq ft carpet to be exact) for the price. Being located in Nehru Nagar, the connectivity is genuinely decent for central/suburban access, which is rare at this budget. The project’s modern finishes and the developer’s reputation also lifted my decision with that extra boost of confidence.
