Genuine advice look for small projects with limited flats or houses outside this project as for these prices you can definitely find several alternative just research. They treat u like dirt and they don't accept complaint to solve u take what crumbs they throw. Go for few flat project so called big project are black and fight in Tnrera is costly time consuming

One of my office colleague has recommend this project initially I thought the builder is delayed phase-1 , so I dropped , later i have visited so many projects in financial district area i have realised there is no any project which is near to 1cr budget so I change my perception .I book a 2bhk flat in phase 2 .I think now the builder is doing construction is very fast..My opinion is the best location with best budget..

Have been to Pacifica office to enquiry regs 2/3 bhk. Negotiated. .. But we were also getting a better price from a resell property, so decided to go with it. Finally when the builder came to know abt it, they made sure we dnt get a flat at all n their appts. They are trying all means to make sure, we do not get a flat there.
They take care of Buildings good.
