Yes, the apartments are very compact; you definitely will feel it once you set the furniture in. Storage becomes a creative problem that you have to solve, but if you have a family, it might feel restrictive. Since it’s still under construction in some phases, there’s the usual uncertainty around timelines and noise around the site. According to my POV, it’s ideal for singles or couples, but not the most future-proof choice for growing families.

Ruparel Livia works surprisingly well for anyone wanting a modern home in a well-connected neighbourhood without blowing up their finances. The amenities are updated, and the building has that clean, new-age feel that makes everyday living smoother. The layout is compact but practical, and the finishing inside each unit is decent for the price they're offered at. Also, Kurla’s connectivity is a massive plus, especially if you’re commuting across Mumbai. For me, this feels like a comfortable entry point into a central Mumbai location.
