My only hesitation is the pricing; for Kandivali West, it feels like it’s nudging into a higher bracket than necessary. You can get similar carpet areas in projects that are being built in the adjacent lane for a bit less if budget is a priority. The amenities are nice, but they don’t fully justify the premium unless location convenience is your top deciding factor.
