The infrastructure of this housing project is of very poor quality. The building that I am staying in is not maintained properly. It has a lot of major issues with its paint, electrical wiring and other small details. Nahar Group only advertises to be one of the best but is just the opposite of that. The management is just out to make money and they do not really care about their residents and their problems.

My house has had major plumbing problems due to which the walls are soaked with the water. I have raised so many complaints to the management but they have just been ignoring my concerns. I regret the decision of buying a house under Nahar Group as they are not true to their commitment. Please avoid dealing with this real estate company as they are not genuine and you will only face disappointment.

At first, I was under the assumption that Nahar Group is a really nice and well-organized real estate company. I recently moved into my house under this housing project and the only thing I was greeted with was disappointment. This housing complex has the worst amenities and I was promised that there would be decent amenities for the residents here. Please do not believe a word said by Nahar Group as they do not stay true to their word.

Nahar Group is by far one of the worst real estate companies I have had to deal with. Their team is very unprofessional and will never give out proper information related to their housing projects. I have had a very bad experience in terms of booking my house. The management at Nahar Group are not customer-centric at all, which really reflects as a disappointing experience in the first meeting. I will definitely not recommend this real estate company to anyone!

I was looking for a real estate agent in the area and found this website. This site was easy to use and the agent was very responsive. I couldn't find a real estate agent in the area and needed to hire someone quickly. I found someone in just a few minutes and it was affordable. This is a great way to find a real estate agent and I highly recommend it.

I have a flat in this property. I have got the flat almost 4 months ago. Everything is good. The environment is soothing and warm. But the product installation in my flat was very poor. The pipes used in to cover the wire connection is very bad. In the washroom the shower, toilet quality is very bad and of poor quality. I have to reinstalled and replace many item from the room where were pre-installed.

I have told the customer service about all the problem but they are like we will fix soon. I have contacted them many times but got the same answer.

The staffs and the security guards are very good. They are polite as well as respectfull.

As I have mention earlier the product implementation is very bad, due to which I have given 1 star.

Team is very supportive and all the projects are good. Fabulous project with fabulous amenities. Nahar groups is very well known in Mumbai since 1973.

I hv been living at Nahar's Amrit Shakti for the past 1 yr nw & my experience has been nothing less than amazing! My younger brother goes to Nahar International School which is in the premises which makes it very convenient for him and us. My family and I spend our evenings at podium garden & it's always serene. I frequently travel within India and the airport is just a few kms away from here, which makes it extremely comfortable for me. I couldn't hv asked for a better community than Nahar's Amrit Shakti.

He just loved it. In fact, he is always impressed Nahar project considering the trust they have built among their customers. You will get 2 bhk, 3 bhk, and 4 bhk as well. prices will vary based on the number of bedrooms and sq mts area. this property includes 24Hr Backup, Basket Ball Court, Club House, Gymnasium, Tennis Court, Badminton Court, Swimming Pool, Indoor Games, Recreation Facilities, etc. You don’t have to go outside the weekends.

Nahar Group is the best real estate developer in Mumbai. Currently, they are going to launch their new project, Nahar Olivia, in the current Pandemic situation which is great news. The project will be very spacious and will be having amazing facilities. There pricing is also affordable. The carpet area will be 660-670 Sqft. They have very well designed flats and have come up with a good project waiting for the launch.

Nahar Group is a magnificent looking gated community. It is close to so many important locations that are very convenient. It also has a supermarket in the vicinity which makes it so easy to go grocery shopping. There is also a hospital near which is very good in the emergency situation. The view from the top floor is just amazing I just loved this place.
