But the possession got delayed by almost a year, and communication from the CRM team was extremely poor whenever we asked for updates. Even after registration, some promised fittings weren’t installed properly. I noticed seepage near the washroom wall just within a few months of moving in. Reaching out for post-handover support feels like a task in itself. A lot of things said during booking weren’t mentioned in writing later. Due to this, plus the stress of follow-ups, it honestly killed the excitement of buying a new home.

I moved into a Casagrand project last year, and the overall layout planning genuinely stood out to me. Everything, from the clubhouse, gym, and open spaces were exactly like what they showed during the site visit. Construction quality inside the flat feels decent so far, with no major issues. Even ventilation and natural lighting are well thought out. The best part is that their sales team stayed in touch till possession, which further made the paperwork smoother. The security and maintenance services have also been reliable. If what you're seeking is to honestly trust a stranger's words, then the lifestyle aspect here has worked out pretty well for my family. In short, go for it.

Roof leakage started within 3 years of handing over. Despite repeated complaints, there is no accountability from the builder. Response from customer care is very poor and responsibility is conveniently shifted without proper investigation.

Construction quality and after-sales support are highly disappointing. Buyers should be cautious and not rely on post-handover service commitments.

Serious Transparency Issues GST Overcharge, Delays, and Poor Customer Handling

I am a homebuyer at Casagrand Suncity, and I regret to say that my experience so far has been disappointing and distressing.

1. GST Overcharge Concern:

Casagrand confirmed verbally that the project comes under the 5 percent GST slab, which does not allow claiming Input Tax Credit (ITC). However, my pricing appears to have been calculated as if 12 percent GST applies.

This resulted in an overcharge of around 8.6 lakhs, without any written explanation.

When I asked for a proper GST breakdown, they did not respond in writing, despite multiple formal emails.

It feels like there is a serious lack of transparency, and no one is willing to take accountability.

They also mentioned verbally that the ITC loss is added to the base price something I believe is applied to every buyer, without disclosure.

1. Delayed Construction & Unrealistic Timeline:

My tower has reached only the ground floor after completing the two basement levels, yet the handover is promised for December 2026 for a 36-floor building. At this rate, the timeline appears unrealistic.

1. Poor Customer Handling:

When I raised questions about pricing, the response was dismissive If you have a problem, go legal.

No effort to clarify or assist, which is very disappointing for homebuyers investing their life savings.

IPO Aspirations, But No Ground-Level Integrity?

If this is how they handle buyers now, I seriously question their transparency and readiness to go public. It is damaging their brand reputation more than they realize.

Advice for Other Buyers:

Review your cost sheet carefully

Ask for the GST breakup in writing

Track construction progress independently

Get all commitments documented

Buyers deserve clarity, respect, and transparency not silence or hidden charges.

Many reviews posted on Google about such issues seem to lose visibility soon after posting, which raises even more concerns about how feedback is handled publicly.

I booked a unit in Casagrand Athens three years ago with the expectation of timely delivery. At the time of booking, the builder clearly promised a handover by February 2024. However, the project has been delayed far beyond the committed date, and to this day, there has been no clear or transparent communication from Casagrand regarding a realistic revised timeline.

This prolonged delay has caused tremendous stress and inconvenience, especially due to ongoing EMIs, rent payments, and disrupted relocation plans. As a committed customer, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, accountability, and responsiveness from a reputed developer like Casagrand.

It’s extremely disappointing to witness repeated missed deadlines and vague, non-committal updates. Customers deserve honest communication, clear timelines, and timely delivery—none of which have been met so far in this project.

Buying a home is supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime joy. But with Casagrand, that dream turned into a nightmare filled with mental stress, broken promises, and zero accountability.

We chose the Casagrand Athens project with full trust, especially because of one clear promise:

No overlooking apartments.

That commitment played a huge role in our decision.

But after paying 99.9% of the total amount, heres what we were left with:

❌ An overlooking apartmentthe very thing they said would never happen

❌ Unfulfilled commitments despite repeated follow-ups for over 7 months

❌ Conversations with multiple teamseven MD Arunbut no resolution

❌ A customer service team that is cold, careless, and completely unaccountable

❌ No ownership, no empathy, no action

❌ And most of allmental exhaustion instead of the joy of owning a home

They cared only until the payment was made. After that, your voice stops mattering.

This is my real experience. Please think twice before trusting Casagrand. Whats promised before payment may be cleverly marketed

I booked a villa with Casa grand in 2022(Platinum), based on a clear commitment from their sales team that the project would be handed over by December 2023. I even insisted on a written confirmation, which they provided on their official letterhead. However, as of today, the project is still not handed over, and the customer relationship team continues to offer false promises without any real update. Most of the time, calls are ignored, or the same vague response is given: It will be handed over in a month.

Another major concern during the booking phase, we were assured that the Clubhouse and OSR(Open Space Reservation) would be exclusively for villa residents. Now, with the launch of Phase 2 apartments, these same amenities are being marketed as shared. This is a clear breach of original commitments.

The overall experience has been very disappointing. The construction quality is not up to standard, and the trust factor is completely lost.

I personally do not recommend Casa grand to anyone. Please do thorough checks and don't rely solely on verbal or even written commitments from them experience have shown they don't keep their word.

We had booked a flat with Casa Grand VIVA CITY in Bangalore

We had to cancel due to personal reasons.

It has been more than 1 month and we have not received a refund of the booking amount

I booked a 3BHK apartment with a private terrace at Casagrand Orchards, Coimbatore, trusting their claims of transparency and professionalism. Unfortunately, the reality was the opposite — misleading commitments and zero accountability.

After paying the booking advance, I was asked to fly in to sign the agreement. Shockingly, the private terrace — a key feature I was sold on — was missing from the agreement. I was then asked to pay an additional ₹5 lakhs for it off the record, with no legal documentation to support it.

Communication has been incredibly poor. There are no proper points of contact, and calls are routed only through recorded lines with threats of penalties instead of assistance. Once you pay the first 5% , you are left without control or support.

Casagrand’s sales team is highly aggressive before the booking, especially toward NRIs. But after payment, things stall completely — no progress, no updates, and no accountability.

I strongly caution anyone — especially NRIs — to avoid falling for the marketing façade. What seems like a professional process quickly turns into a stressful and one-sided experience.

Don’t risk your hard-earned money. Casagrand has been my worst property experience. Stay cautious and choose a developer who values transparency and ethics.

Never again Casagrand — the most untrustworthy developer I’ve ever dealt with. Warning- Buyers, beware. Seriously, beware.

I initially read the complaints but assumed they were rare cases, and I felt confident moving forward. However, within just 30 minutes of booking, I was flooded with calls and messages from a salesperson named Dheenadayalan, who collected a deposit of ₹;1 lakh. When it came time to select the flat I originally opted for, I was told it wasn't available. Instead, another staff member informed me that my deposit had been internally transferred to a different project in Sulur, which was supposedly more affordable.

Five months later, I was abruptly asked to select a flat. When I did, they refused my choice, saying it was part of Phase II and I had to pick something else. It became clear they were prioritizing newer buyers for the better units, while sidelining those who had already paid. Their upselling tactics are disappointing and misleading.

Frustrated, I requested a refundbut since then, all I receive are automated "ticket" responses. No refund has been processed, and Dheenadayalan is now unresponsive.

My advice: DO NOT BUY FROM CASAGRAND. Their promises differ greatly from reality. If you're aware of the current environment, youll understand there may be deeper cash flow issues at play. Dont let your peace of mind be ruinedavoid getting trapped like I did.

Casagrand provides an excellent lifestyle . The CRM and the entire team work diligentlytil registration.Kudoosto them. But the game changespost registration. We need to call multiple times and meet them at their head officefor final handover. And it's been wonderful5 months our unit is not handed over yet. irrespective of that they are asking us to pat the maintainancecharges.

I am having to give them 1 start because 0 star was not an option, These people are just scamming customers, I had booked flat an year ago, Made 60% of the payment, after which the entire staff ghosted me for like 3-4 months, I was keeping on mailing them but no response, After 4 month they come back with another demand letter after complaining I made the payment by what Mr Giridhar and her Manager Nirmala did is they did not show the payment in the payment statement(SOA) then after tons of mails and complains they came back with the payment with another demand letter again after complaining I made the payment, Again Mr Giridhar and Nirmala mishandled my payment and after which I said I wont make any payments until handover the Relationship manager started to threaten me that they would charge interest if not paid. Horrible experience with this builder, there is so much delay in the handover and now we have found out they have even acquired the land for the clubhouse. They will tell u this if u push in F2F meeting but ask them to email any details to you a different song and dance starts. Total Scam after these delays no idea what state we will receive the handover and if the clubhouse will ever be completed at all. But they have all the money to hire Celebrity ambassadors instead of taking care of the issues of the clients on whose monet they r riding their whole top builder nonsense!

I have been trying to reach their CRM team for 2 months to resolve a modification issue promised at the time of booking. CRM team is not able to co-ordinate between sales & technical teams and I had to run around connecting them. Their CRM lead Daniel , got connected to him after trying for 2 months and is outrightly rude. He is unaware of the issue though he is copied in all the mails and is not willing to even listen to the issue.

Bl All of this is a lie and many more just dont have the energy to write all of this after going thru all this.

I am the owner of casagrand vivacity project (Electronic City) I had a very bad experience with casagrand builders, I booked the property during pre launch and during booking Day only I had a concern of the unit's and I informed the CRM team, backend team and sales team regarding my preferred units and everyone assure me that they will do the swaping but in reality it was not happening till now. I am having

deeply concerned about the manner in which the units were opened for sale without my knowledge. This raises serious questions regarding the brand value and the professionalism being followed in the process. It also seems as though the builder is taking customer bookings and booking amounts for granted, which is unacceptable.
