My frustrating experience with Ruparel Premia has come to an end, and here's what I've to say about them: the project was advertised as nearing possession, but the on-ground progress was a whole other story. Communication from the builder’s side was minimal, and so a lack of clarity on handover dates was constant. Even the construction quality doesn’t justify the premium pricing. It’s one of those cases where pretty marketing brochures overshadow the reality.

I booked my 2BHK in Ruparel Premia last year, and I still stick with the feeling that it’s one of the better high-rise options that can be offered in Mulund West. The lobby, amenities, and overall design convey a premium aura that's rarely found in this area. The view from the upper floors is spectacular, and the sales team was super responsive during my booking phase. But the connectivity to the Eastern Express Highway is what makes living here worthwhile because of the painless commuting. For a first-time buyer, it'll feel like a great mix of comfort and class.
