Mayfair Housing

I have visited multiple properties by Mayfair Housing in Mumbai and Thane, but most of them are just poorly planned-societies with nothing new to offer. The locations are way too inaccessible for public transport. The traffic and continuous construction have made the roads unwalkable. There is no peace around the housing complex. The team at Mayfair has no interest in serving you, you’ll just waste your time at the site visit. It would be better to invest your hard-earned money in well-planned, future-proof projects.

Mayfair is one of the most honest developers in the city. Their show flats and actual flats are exactly the same and there are no cheap cost cuttings. If you look at the Mayfair housing photos, you will see how luxurious and premium the interiors and exteriors look.

The actual living experience is nothing different. The apartments are spacious and well-lit. The views are amazing from all four sides. The entire building complex is well-maintained and you will love the cleanliness as soon as you enter here. My reviews on Mayfair properties will always be positive. The vibes here are amazing!

I have seen many negative reviews on Mayfair apartments, and most of them are for their unprofessional team. The sales team in Mumbai is only concerned with selling the flats. The actual customer experience has no regard. They want every person booking an appointment to buy an apartment here. Will convince with fake assurances and brag about non-existent amenities. Nobody answers your calls or email queries.

All their quotes are incomplete and exclude the most necessary information. Being a respected realtor, the team lacks basic courtesy on the site. Very poor experience, and would not recommend them.

It's kind of a good place where you can get joy and live your life if you want everything in your budget. If you want to enjoy in a low budget then this is perfect for you.

Do not opt for an apartment in this complex because this will not provide the amenities as listed by the builder, also the carpet area is very less.

They do not have the proper approvals and licenses that are needed for constructing a building.

The builder has not even obtained construction permission and he wants people to invest in his project! People are not fools! We know that people like these builders exist who want to just run away with other people's hard-earned money!

The possession of this place took a lot of time and then the maintenance of the place is also quite high. Not a good property to invest your hard earned money!

The owners are not so concerned about the negotiation of the flat prices and this leads to general resentment among the buyers who are looking forward towards buying flats. When the deal does not proceed towards effective negotiation, it shows a lack of interest in the builder to close the deals.

They make you pay additional charges at the time of possession and you would have hardly would expect this from such renowed builders.

The staff is not trianed well and they do not answer basic questions about the property honestly, which I found very fishy and decided not to invest in the property.

I have purchased a 2 BHK flat at Mayfair Vishwarja and the flat possession was given to me as per their committed schedule. I am personally very happy with their services. The team is cooperative and they helped me a lot in my legal formalities. The staff personally came with me to the Sub Registrar Office. Mayfair Vishwaraja has 7 wings and has 11 storeyed buildings. NOC is clear for all the wings and flats are now in ready possession.

Few points about Mayfair Vishwaraja are mentioned below:

1. 
   Location: 15 minutes walking distance from Titwala Station and nearby to the famous Lord Ganpati Temple.
   



2. 
   Commuting: There are many autos plying from Station to Ganpati temple. Few Autos are also available on the Main Road of Mayfair Vishwaraja.
   



3. 
   Basic amenities: 24 hours borewell water and Municipal Corporation water available. Separate outlet for warm solar water is given, but in some wings still solar heater water is not coming. Space for kids play area is given. Two lifts are there. One Community hall for society celebration is also there.
   

Overall a nice property to invest in Titwala.

I have lived in a building built by May fair builders in Malad Marve. The builder took all payments in cheques, no hidden charges and delivery of flat on time. There after sales service is alo adequate. The difference between built up area and carpet area is less relatively. Building has strong foundation.  I lived in that building for 7 years and was satisfied. The amenities are not world class but for a middle class person it is o.k.  I would suggest any one from the middle class or upper middle class whose budget is slightly above average to take interest. Lower middle class cannot afford these flats. Before buying satisfy your self  regarding the location of the building.

I have been on property hunt since past six months now and a few weeks back I came across The project Mayfair Mystic on Housing.com  of Mayfair builders for their project in Ghatkopar. Its located in a very prime locality near Vasant Circle and is quite convenient as its located near Eastern Express Highway. I got basic details of this project on housing.com and for additional details I visited their website where they have mentioned every minute detail which is needed by a buyer.

I called up their sales office and booked an appointment they also sent a car to my place for site visit. This was really very nice of them. The overall experience in sales office was good and they assured my possession next year and I have studied that in their past projects they have given possession on time, which 99% builders in Mumbai are not able to do.

They also have a very transparent pricing policy and they had completed 50 years in this industry so they offered me a special discount and their all charges were transparently disclosed without and hidden ones, this is what I liked about them and finally went ahead for booking and would recommend this project for genuine property seekers. Kudos to Mayfair Builders.
