You should know the flip side, if you decide to live here: the unit sizes are very tight, and if you’re planning to grow a family or want more breathing room is it should be a solid No. Also, since it’s in a developing part of Kurla East, you’d have to deal with more traffic and construction noise compared to premium suburbs. No doubt it's good for entry-level buyers, but not ideal for long-term expansion of the family.
