The pricing for a 3 BHK is obnoxiously premium for Kandivali West standards, and servicing maintenance of that lifestyle (private lift, sky decks) will likely not be cost-cutting either. The project is ready for possession, but double-height lobbies and sky amenities can sometimes feel underused in real life if the community doesn’t fully engage.

A 42-storey tower in Kandivali West, Palacio, genuinely feels like a “palatial”, aka a palace residence. With only 2 apartments per floor, private-lift access, and a double-height entrance lobby offers you real exclusivity. There’s a sky party lawn, a sky observatory deck, a jacuzzi, and an acupressure pathway, so the amenities they provide will feel premium. The 3 BHK units are fairly large (955 sq ft carpet) for that height, which is rare to none in Kandivali. The location is decent and relatively close to Kandivali Railway Station, Western Express Highway, and metro access. For someone wanting a high-rise, high-status home in the western suburbs of Mumbai, you know where to go.
