I bought 2 BHK Flat from Lodha in 2018 now they are asking for more payment saying that your payment made in 2018 is not reflecting on Lodha system. I have all payment proof and shared with Lodha but still asking for more time to recheck and this project is already delayed for 2 years. Customer care are not sharing the correct information and not that much helpful.

My personal opinion is that this organization is money minded and self-centered.

There is lot of scam exposure going on lodha .

just check out youtube and blogs. do not put your hard earned money on such chor builders. Hope no ones buys their IPO and they are forced by government to resolve

Historic venue cool place well arcitecture bloomy walls well mannered staff, reception members , all crew etc. well natured managers well lift facility with great designed stairs along neat walls with good behaviour society members with gud social programms on weekly days and most of all sufficient parking a lot!

Lodha group has come up with dioro a sophisticated and elegant resident project at wadala in mumbai the project comes in with a list of amenities for its resident like gumnasium awimming pool childrens play area club house community room garden indoor games security and maintenance for its residents dioro consists of atotal of 200 a part ments in the from of 2and 3BHK flat ranging size from 1431 to 2547 SQ.ft lodha group is a premier realty developer in mumbai and was founded in 1980 the chairman and founder of the company made it to the record by hitting one of the biggest land deals in india and has 30 on going project wadala in east mumbai has good rail and road connectivity to various part of mumbai there are sevral educational institutions banks and the shopping mall the area

Worst builder in whole world ... don't buy..go to YouTube and found on your own..... you will find that this group is just eyeing on your hard earned money....the quality of their houses worst than a chwal ... just puch your wall and you will see what they sold you.

This is very bad Componey

tries to give false dates of possession

after taken money the speak other languages

very bad charges as comparez .

they will give you all types deasese by tention hbp, daily Dibities etc by all kind heartedent .

they useyour money other projects. Lodhacasa elite and all other projects they are fraud 3-5 years later delivery the eat all you interest.

Though Properties constructed by Lodha Group are Beautiful.But the interest rates of the Banks are more somewhere between 11 % or so in India because of which the customer pays more in his lifetime say for a period of say 20 years.Builders Customers and the government must take Intiatative to give loans to their customers on a cheaper rate of 4% as given by other government in many foreign countries lets say in Australia where citizens are able to buy the property. So therefore Intiatative must be taken to lessen the interest rates in India so that the properties are purchased by the common middle at prime locations.

Its a good company which earned god name in less time. According to flow chart it goes up and up in the air. Because of its timing of construction. Type of working on detailed in structure and it is good for many things.

Its pattern of giving commercial as well as residential buildings get up. And also finishing is good much as much.

I have more than friend in Mumbai so I will suggest him to invest in this property. because they also suggest to me invest n gujarat but no any reshall value in gujarat. so I will suggest to him invest in mumbai. And Lodha Dioro. at wadala is best place for residency. no more cloud. and no more voice pollution.

Lodha group provides roof to the people and giving the meaning of living healthy life with its worldwide facility of residence.the work the this group in Mumbai is undeniable awesome.i have been looking forward to have a flat in its building. best customer service and smart staff makes it more capable of providing healthy life. there is more to come yet but what is there is enough to feel a better home quality. it is no loss but a great deal with Lodha group. a journey to reach to home or I will say a dream home makes it more excited which means it creates dreams with more ideas and completes its promises.

This group has good name in the market, but sorry to share my bad experience with LODHA Group.

It might be possible that higher ups might not be knowing that down the line staff is troubling the customers.

I request all to be careful while dealing with Lodha Group.

Don't sign the Agreement before knowing all the terms and conditions.

Hopeless Customer services, they stops receiving calls from customers.

Delay the possession even you paid all the cost.

Charging delayed interest, even though fault on there part.

I don't recommend this Group.

Lodha group is very good group in construction field they full satisfy the coustomer and lodha group is located in mumbai this the fast growing name of construction field they also complete the work in the given time and if you have any quarry you can contact the head office of the lodha group anf contact on the company office no so for a better construction of structure you can contact lodha group.

I'm happy to be a member of lodha group.

Recently my brother took one flat in lodha towers in Mumbai.

Lodha really is very safe and secured highly. It is really worthy. And it is having highest quality. If any one wants to take a flat in gated community , take it in lodha

Lodha has asked to pay final payment but reluctant too show the flat and the amenities before they hand over the key. Why aree they giving early possesion? without allowing buyers to see their flat . Something grossly wrong in Amara it looks otherwise why should they object seeing a flat before final payemnt?
