Hi, First of all the customers should now understand that private and foreign banks are for businessmen and financially strong people. For service class people, public sector banks are good. When these private banks were launched, there was a craze among students and youth to open account and... withdraw money from ATMs. Impressed with AC atmosphere. But now public sector banks are also shifting likewise. However, public sector banks mostly don't have any hidden costs as in private banks. As far as attitude of pub.sector bank staff is concerned, Indians are used to it. So it might not trouble you more. However, you may find it difficult to cope with the private banks. All in all, it would be good to keep one account in any private sector banks as there services are comparatively faster as compared to pub.sector banks. Regards, Rohit.Read More

Hi, I would recommend you to file a complaint with 'Banking Ombudsman'. In most cases customers have got satisfaction and the bank has contacted them to solve their problems. Hope you will also be satisfied. Regards, Rohit.

Niraj, Exactly that is your bad luck. I would suggest you send a written complaint to their head office. But once you get the PINs, you will enjoy working with NetBanking. Regards, Rohit.

Well written, since it is your personal experience. I myself regret after opening an account at ICICI. It's the time to return to our old Public Sector Banks. Your experience with other banks might be useful to other members. Also take a look at my bank reviews. However there are many happy cust...omers also of this bank. lilwitch, I closely analyzed my review before posting. You are right that it looks contradictory. But in the 'Pros', I wrote 'Good Services', 'Good-Show Concern' for the comparative services with public sector banks. Good Service also include 'Tension Free Atmosphere'. Public Banks have ...long Queues, in summer days you will tension. But here you will find a place to sit and relax, however, they won't ask to sit. Secondly, 'Good-Concern' criteria is when they get your attention, they will serve you. But it is not well-managed and they are not concentrating on the staff needed to manage the large crows. ____________ Rohit.Read More

msuresh, I read your review about TVS VICTOR and found you depressed and unsatisfied with the bike and the service. But I myself purchased it in 2002 and still using it. My experience was very good and it is still a very good bike as compared to SPLENDOR. Even my dealer is very co-operative and p...rompt. But it is true that any product has its own satisfied and unsatisfied customers. I would suggest that if you are not getting any service from your dealer contact the company itself and post a written complaint with acknowledgment. If they respond promptly then OK and if not contact COMSUMER FORUM and file a case of unsatisfied user. I know that it is a troublesome job, but I have seen people doing this and after that the company gave them good service or replaced the product, and now they are happy. In your case, I hope, that the company will provide service to your bike, if something is wrong in it. Before purchasing my bike I did a big survey and found many happy faces with this bike. I am a commuter and use it 150 Km. per day. Regards, Rohit.Read More
