If you are using ICICI bank for anything, then make sure you can access the internet banking account at least once a week - the moment you lose track of your account, the thugs are on the prowl.

Better talk to your dealer or any authorised dishCare center in your city to get your issues resolved - it will be much faster than calling up those 'customer care' numbers - those customer care call center people are just 'sitting ducks'

I fully agree that their customer care call-centers are full of illiterate mentally retarded idiots, who know nothing at all. Fortunately, I haven't had any bad experiences with the authorised dealers in Hyderabad till now whenever there have been physical issues

There is just one simple solution for physical problems with dishTV. Browse the DishTV website, or simply contact any electronics dealer in your vicinity to get contact details of any dishtv authorised dealer. Talk to that authorised dealer, and get the neeedful done. I bet this will waste mu...ch less time and energy of yours, as compared to dealing with the idiots on their so-called 'customer care' call-centersRead More

This bank really sucks. Customer service does not exist at all - or maybe they have appointed people escaped from mental hospitals as their agents - read my review.

Chill guys - you lost your patience in just 2.5 months and 6 months, respectively. Read my review on ABN AMRO - I got confirmation call after some 14 months !! At least in that matter, Barclays is much better than ABN-AMRO. Anyways, jokes apart - an informative review

They are a bunch of monkeys - head-office is in Noida - most likely managed by illiterate Jaats of Delhi/Punjab - the less said the better about them.

Have you tried mailing to harshil.mehta@icicibank.com headservicequality@icicibank.com ? Try these if you haven't - send mail from your office email-id, and use the most derogatory and threatening language - it works. Have personally tried it 2 times and worked like magic !!

Absolutely narrow-minded review by a narrow minded CITIZEN of Tamil Nadu (and not India). People like you don't deserve to be called Indians. I feel like spitting on your face.

No action will be taken Sir. :-) They will start acting on your complaint after 15-16 months at least. You will definitely get a follow-up call for this complaint after 15-16 months. Sorry to use sarcastic language, but I sincerely wish you had read my review on ABN AMRO bank, before falling int...o their trap. It is not a bank, it is a zoo.Read More

Well, my one and only suggestion is - monitor your account everyday. Thanks God, I don't have an account with this cheat-i-bank. Let me tell you my experience. I attempted AirTel prepaid mobile recharge thru Citibank credit card for a special limited period promotional offer of 53/-, not realis...ing that the offer by AirTel had expired just 2 days back. I tried twice - on both occasions the transaction failed. I didnt bother assuming that the money will be automatically credited back, as such things have happened on numerous occasions with my ICICI card too, and on each occasion they revert back the failed transactions within 3 days. 15 days passed, statement date came, and the mother-f***ers withdrew 53*3 = 159/- thru ECS from my ICICI account !!! Not only this, the failed mobile recharge transactions were never reverted. I had no option but to use the weight of my company's name. I wrote a storming email to the customercare as well as grievance redressal officer and head service quality (email ids available on citibank's site) describing the entire incident, addressing them as roadside thieves, thinking of customer's money as baap-kaa-maal and all sorts of pleasantries from my official email id, and gave them a straightaway warning - either immediately revert the false charges else I will drag you to court as well as highlight this incident on all TV news channels and newspapers using my contacts. They silently reverted the charges within 7 days, and yes - never replied back to my mail - definitely they don't have the balls to do this I have decided never to use the card again, and of course I got ECS cancelled immediately.Read More

Well, the blue screen - and getting resolved all by itself - it has happened to me, and the simple reason is - loose connection either at the antenna's end or at your STB. In India, you always need to think in a desee style, and most of the times it works. Regarding reinstallation of Dish, and ...the complaint number generation - you should have simply contacted the dealer through whom you had purchased the STB. Looks like you contacted their so-called customer care numbers, which are absolutely useless - unless and untl there are issues like channel blockage due to delayed payments etc. Also, I fully agree with mukeshg - DTH is tonnes better than local cablewallah. Come to Hyderabad if you want to see the real situation. In most of the areas (including my locality), the cable-wala charges anything from 250/- to 300/.- per month - the cab;e wires in the building are rotten and you don't get more than 10-15 channels at any time. They come only at every month's starting week just to collect money, and never ever care to replace the rotten wires. that is the reason I switched to DishTV. Maybe cable is a cheaper option in your city. Also, I do agree with you that DishTV definitely lacks the common sense of - how to communicate to customers about the proper means of getting their issues resolved. Customer care numbers are absolutely useless.Read More
