I was holding ICICI Bank Big Baazar credit card. I was not using this credit card at all. All of sudden after 2 years from getting the credit card, my savings bank account of ICICI bank was blocked and debited. When talked to customer services, I came to know that I was having pending payment of around 15, 000 RS. on the credit card. This credit card I haven't used. I was not notified even once before blocking/debiting my savings bank account.
I have already made a request for the final settlement and also requested for my statements. Niether of these is happening since almost one week now. I called customer service multiple times but got only fake promises. Now I don't have money because I cannot withdraw. I have already issued cheques as well, that will be bounced back. My life is in complete hell. Please advice me personally if somebody has faced similar issue .I advice each one of you please don't go for ICICI credit cards. If you are holding it, please cancel it ASAP.
