The experience Pradeep has seems to be very common. My customer service complaint no. is 13855376. The customer service people continue to offer service in 24 hours, which probably is a routine answer. When informed that this is what was said 6 days back also, they apologize and start giving persona...l assurances which of course has no meaning! I am quite surprised why they continue to sell new connections when they cannot service existing customers. I have put a notice on our Colony Notice Board ( ~530 flats) advising neighbours of the consequences of having a Dish TV connection. I also plan to shift to another DTH provider shortly. Read More
