To my experience ABN Amro Bank has the worst managers
and Customer support. On repeated number of requests to update my
address and send my statements, they are care less. I think they don't
do this because they can charged the customer more interest and late
payment fees. These people will not call the customer for the payment
in the beginning of the month, the managers and the employees chill out
for the first 2 weeks of the month and in the last week where they have
to show their target met to their bosses, they start irritating the
customers. In my case they are many times where these people don't send
the statements and during the last week of the months they call for the
payment; if I ask for the statement, shamelessly they say "Sir we need
to meet our targets, no time to rise a request for statement, just pay
little amount. we shall send the statement next month". One of the
worst manager in the world to my knowledge might be Mr. Alex(might be
collection dept.) of ABN Amro back. He doesn't have a minimum culture.
I felt that he is a culture-less idiot. He doesn't even allow the
customer to talk. I suggest never to bank with ABN. I think Mr Idiot
(Alex) may call me even tomorrow, I shall update this posting from time
to time.
