And as for Gati Couriers. You guys will only keep posting automated responses to each and every review on here while mouthshut keeps labelling all of them as resolved. Both of you should burn in hell for playing with customers.

How dare you guys at mouthshut give an issue that is open and not resolved as resolved. MouthShut is even worse than all the criminal companies put together. They make a review site to make people aware of the good from the bad. Now you guys openly resolve an outstanding issue because i didn't reply... on time?
THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED. MOUTHSHUT is just as criminal as the other companies. Switch to other review sites, i feel my time was wasted in writing lengthy reviews to a rogue site like MS.Read More

Issue wasn't resolved. Mouthshut is far more criminal than any of the bad companies reviewed on here. They sellout to just about anyone and label them as resolved. Moving on to a more customer oriented site that provides actual good feedback to future buyers.
Hope to see Mouthshut fall.

I was like you enjoying their service until the dreaded code error started to flash my screen,then i started to see their real colors,they will toy with your feelings and put it in a mixer and press 'BLEND'
Customer complaint number is nada if the person that comes to your house asks for money... upfront for replacement of lmb or setup box.Not only will they leave you with no choice but pay and get it replaced,they will switch off their phones the moment they leave your house and repeated calls to their global care customer number leaves you with frustration each time they put u back to the automated sequence of the call while saying "we will forward you to the technician".
Not trying to say that you didn't get a good service but thats only because you are lucky to not have had problems like the rest of us on this site have had.
It doesn't change the fact that just because there is a little rain in the desert that it would cease to be one,just like airtel will forever be a fraudulent company thriving on money made by deceiving their consumers rather than earn a honest living.
I surely hope they burn.

You dodged a bullet by not getting their connection.Some of us unfortunate ones have gone through hell after paying them money and having their phones switched off without any notice.They are daylight scammers and i wish people wake up and actually register a consumer case at their nearest police st...ation.These companies only exist because of our tolerance towards them.No company is bigger than the consumer.Read More

I don't even know how these people are allowed to sell any of their products.The government of india should have a law that terminates the company for sale of products after proof of fraudulent transactions have been shown.

Of Course where would these people understand the importance of human values,all they ever care about is getting the money out of your bank and into their pockets.Its almost a similar experience faced by me,they hang up after not finding a suitable response.
