Freedom from entering crowded markets everyday. Review on Bigbasket

Well before I actually begin reviewing them, i'd like to say I am a fairly new customer of bigbasket and have been about 6-7 purchases old, so that taken into consideration I will always continue to update based on future purchases.Now onto the review.

I found this site while I was browsing for basic kitchen goods and as I am never always free to go shopping due to work constraints, i decided to give this site a try to check if their products were fresh and if they were what about their delivery time? I mean what good is getting a product 2 days later than you wished for?

Well personally all these questions were put aside when I received my first order at the tick of the allotted time, i was extremely impressed at how quickly they came at the appointed hour, i found their baskets very eco-friendly as they can always be re-used without the use of plastic bags.They do same day delivery provided you ordered early in the morning.They charge a very nominal rate of 20rs for delivery if your bill is below Rs 1000 or free delivery if above.

Refreshingly I now use them for the most common basic items from tissues to pesticides to meat products.Speaking of meat products you get them in a plastic tray that is pre-cut the way you chose while ordering at the site(lollypop, breast, kheema, etc).They were fresh when received and the packaged date is mentioned on the label.So for people like me who are a bit lazy to cut the meat, its already done for you:).They also have organic vegetables, so far I haven't seen any organic fruits at the time of writing this review, might be added at a future date.

Finally, I'd like to add that I would look forward to shopping with them more, as groceries are something that is a daily need for everyone of us and having it delivered at home means more time for relaxation.I'd like it if they have more variety of products introduced from time to time so people are spoilt for choices as well as have stock of items as sometimes the products I want are out of stock.
