Criminally run by a group of defective customer care representatives, I doubt they have any delivery team among their staff and if they do they have to be the laziest group of people I have ever laid my eyes on in a courier company yet.
They are the epitome of carelessness, not only did they receive my product 8 days back, they conveniently marked the reason for non delivery as "Address not found" and then din't bother to
follow up the consignee with a phone call. They just don't care if the item reaches you or not.
Part of the devil's deal is the fact that SnapDeal, another company I have written a distasteful review on, hires them as their prime courier delivery company and if you were to go through most of Gati's reviews, you would see a lot of SnapDeal products tied in. Both the companies are hilariously bad at caring for the customer's satisfaction or product delivery. The only thing that really concerns them is if their cash registers fill up even at the cost of people losing sleep.
I really hope to see both these companies close down very soon. And in closing, I would like to say that if you see your product being tracked on Gati, the best bet would be is to go collect the product yourself and save yourself the time and money of calling their insensitive customer care that don't bother too much about responding to your grievance more than they are howling at each other in the warehouses about other products that have just come in to be stacked up in their unending pile of undelivered products.
