Personally whenever I shop online, the first thing that comes to my mind is if the product is what I really wanted, fortunately yebhi is one site that gives the "Try N Buy" feature and because of this I find most of their products to be easily bought online and if not up to standards, can be returned right there and then.


I am not sure about so many negative reviews for them but I for one have ordered atleast 20 times and other than the fact that sometimes the color looked different than on the picture, there was never any case of fraud or con since I could always return if I chose to.


If you are a new buyer and are willing to give yebhi a go always opt for the cash on delivery option as well as the "Try N Buy" feature(not all of the products have it but it covers most of their clothing products except for lingerie for obvious reasons) that way you could tell if the item you are purchasing is not what u actually wanted and return.


Their delivery time as far as the city of Bangalore is concerned has been terrific I usually get the products delivered in less than 24 hours or the next working day, they also work on Sundays.

Ordered another time this time it was a pair of boots, got it on time, their true colours were revealed when there was a tear on the boots after I wore it, they refused to take the boots after 2 days.The product had its own warranty but the parent company of the boots refuses warranty because I bought it from yebhi.


Rest assured I feel like a fool giving these guys a good review and I guess I understand, which is why I won't erase the last review about them but this is a good lesson for anyone trying to get their products, pay close heed to what you buy during the"try N buy" phase, because these guys will never refund you and don't bother trying their customer care number because there is no one there to receive on the other end and its almost always busy.


This is my final purchase from these guys, i had dealt with them for the past 2 years flawlessly but I was disappointed to see the way they behaved as soon as I had a problem, and the worst thing about them is the they ask your order number on their facebook page and completely ignore you.I would suggest people who want an after sales service to please stay far away from them, this is coming from a 2 year satisfied yebhi customer.
