Think of Snapdeal being a professional fisherman, the bait, being the unbelievable price the product you search for is being listed as and the buyer, of course being the priced trout. Yes folks! expect to be hanging on their "Catch of the day" rack, if you were to believe the great price the product is at has no pitfalls attached.
Let me begin by sharing my traumatizing experience with Snapdeal, May 14th 2014 was the day I ordered a 32 inch Sony television, at the time of writing this review it is May 25th 2014, not only has SD, the seller nor the courier service not contacted me but SD seems to have washed their hands clean by sending me a successfully delivered mail asking me to enjoy my television which is in transit for the past 10 days violating the TrustPay agreement.
The idea of savings has completely evaded my mind for the time being, I have begin to doubt online establishments completely due to the existent of lethargic companies such as Snapdeal. The idea of buying an item at a low priced value is a dream for any buyer, but ask yourself is it worth the ordeal of going through multiple e-mails, calls and most importantly, being at the mercy of a company despite them violating all set conditions, worth that little extra amount saved?
The answer to me is as clear as day, its a resounding NO! These companies need to understand the importance of customer satisfaction, there has been far too much ignorance shed their way for them to behave the way that they do with their own bread and butter.
If writing a simple review would guide even 1 person from not spending their hard earned money then the time writing it is definitely worth it. Please stand for your rights and do not bow down to apathetic rules set by a company that probably set off with good intentions but ended up just like the endless non caring lot.
