As many other Bangaloreans have suggested this place is excellent for their rolls, the best part about them is the service to the comfort of your home for a very nominal minimum order price.
As far as their Dining-in experience is concerned the ambience is extremely lacklustre i.e. it could do with its own unique twist to the interiors, lighten up the place because as it stands right now its a rather gloomy eatery that I'd really not prefer to dine in with friends and family.
But luckily that is the only shortcoming and more often than so I prefer it being home-delivered which in a city like Bangalore I'd be thankful to receive anything in peak hours due to traffic making the delivery congested but KaatiZone usually gets here on the dot as their mentioned time frame.
I'd also like to take the time to say that some of my favourite rolls like the mutton kheema and kofta rolls have disappeared from the menu albeit being replaced by other new ones, making change a factor and depending on the consumer it may be for the good or bad(definitely a bad! for me).
All in all this is a great place to order on any day of the week and not feel guilty about adding those calories due to most of their rolls having a healthy mix of vegetables and less grease, they also come in whole wheat varieties for the health freaks and their vada pav is worth a mention:)
