After registration when I came to the new house I saw damp on the walls. This is when I understood I made my worst mistake.But soon I realized there is more yet to come. The flat was full dirty with construction materials all lying on the floor. The tiles were not cleaned and unlike other flats who look shiny on the first day. Upon asking the caretaker he started asking money and when confronted he simply said go to hell. Like what. I was shocked. Never ever take a flat from here. Never. Especially from owner Ravi Kumars share.

Hi - My name is Bhaskar. I am one of the owner here. I find my apartment great to stay and commute. We are very close to Thannisandra main road on one side and other side to a vast open lake where we go for walk every day. We are placed about 30 min to airport on one side and 30 min to CBD. Apartment is well managed by the owners as society with all good amenities in place. Our flats are spacious with no common walls giving complete privacy as villa. OC occupancy certificate we have received, and A-khata in process now. I find this property good for families stay & investment purpose both. Thank you.

We bought a flat based on our dealing with siva balapanday, sales, but the experience has been terrible after build, no word on OC, low maintenance, my renters had really severe issues. Builders has not been able to fulfill promises 5 years from build.

It seems like a worthy buy. The apartments are just 15-20 mins drive from Manyata techpark and 30-40 mins from the airport. The connectivity is a major benefit. This apartment is under construction and they also show model flat that can give us a clear idea about the view and structure of our flat. They are planning to complete the construction by the end of 2020. They do have few beneficial offers with the buy.

Amigo estella apartment is budgeted apartment the location of the this project is good and it as got around 20 mints drive from manyata teck park and good Connectivity to international airport it's well suitated for those who are working in manyata teck park and looking for a budgeted flats near thanisandra main road because they are offering flats in 60 Lakhs including free interior, you can visit to project and can have look to their model flats to get an idea.

This flat is a budgeted flat. And the best thing about this place is this that it is close to the Manyata tech park andvery well connected to the International Airport.

You can easily balance your work and home together.There is a shopping Mall and various other things you can relish with time suitability.

One more thing about this project is this that this is completely ready and people are living here. You can take their suggestions which will be a perfect feedback.

Although the road of this side can disappoint you but if the the government constructs this road then it will be more promising.

Please do not purchase from this builder, only money minded, use to leave projects in middle, staff is not at all helpful, I will give 0 out of 5.

Are you looking forward to buy an apartment WITHOUT OC, poor construction quality and amenities are just promises. GO AHEAD AND INVEST IN AMIGO SHELTERS!

It's been more than 2 years we have been getting false promises regarding the OC. And since we started following up regularly regarding OC and we are conveying truth to the prospective buyers, "they have no interest in getting the OC". This is the latest update from them.

Kindly check the Amenities promised for Amigo Lake view in the brochure and come have a look on what we got. Same goes with the construction Quality as well. you will be amazed to see how well they have managed the gardens and the play area. Think before you invest!
