I often visit Vasant Sagar to meet my friend and would love to share my genuine review about it. The complex is good, offering nice amenities, spacious living and high security, but everything feels useless when I experience the huge traffic every time I come here. The complex is good, but the traffic conditions are very poor; the roads are always busy, especially during the peak hours. I won’t suggest anyone renting or purchasing property here, as it's located in a very congested and polluted area with high pricing. Instead, I would suggest buying a good property in the nearby area at an affordable price.

I recently visited Vasant Pride in Kandivali to view a resale property. The complex was huge and built with high-quality materials, so I got very excited, but unfortunately, when I viewed the flat, it was so small, and the price was skyrocketing. I really got disappointed with both the price and the flat, which I never thought it would be. I changed my mind and viewed other properties, which were quite big and affordable, so I immediately booked. I won’t suggest anyone to budget-conscious people; rather, I suggest that you explore other good options available in the nearby areas.

From what I’ve seen, buyer satisfaction here is shaky. Complaints about delays and lack of transparency has pop up more than often on multiple websites. Also, the builder's communication seems weak once payments are made. You'll realise the surrounding area doesn’t feel very lively or secure when taking a walk late at night. Connectivity isn’t the smoothest either, especially when an everyday commute is in your routine. Overall, it feels like a project that underdelivers on confidence.

There are some real gripes holding Dheeraj Hill View Tower down. One of which is the guest parking that gets often called out as limited, and then there’s the absence of a swimming pool, in case that matters to you. Some corners of the estate are reportedly less well-lit or harder to access comfortably, so it’s not the slickest premium experience out there. It's definitely solid, sure, but if you’re expecting high-end facilities or a buzzing community vibe, it might feel a bit like it’s just doing the basics enough to live comfortably but nothing more.

Here’s the thing: there have been serious complaints about delayed possession, lack of meaningful communication from the builder, and even security issues because the area around feels isolated, especially at odd hours. So I can only conclude that this seems like a high-risk buy; you’re banking on future completion and problematic upkeep, which, based on past feedback, aren’t exactly reassuring.

Ivy Tower feels like a straightforward residential option without unnecessary frills. About the building structure itself, it looks decent, and each flat's configurations are functional for small families. Buyers who just want a roof over their head in Goregaon without chasing the luxury branding are the groups that'll be attracted the most by it. The project is relatively low-key, which some people might actually prefer. If pricing is right, it can work as a basic end-use home, because not every buyer is looking for flashy amenities.

I recently visited Vasant Sagar to view a resale property, and trust me, it’s a really great property that offers everything that modern living requires at an affordable price. I loved the property, people, and location. My best friend suggested this property, and I really liked it. I’m planning to buy the flat as soon as my loan gets sanctioned. I highly recommend everybody buy or rent a flat here, as it's really affordable and nice compared to other properties in the area

Vasant Pride in Kandivali is the best residential property that offers comfortable living at an affordable price. I recently visited a rental property in the Vasant Pride, and I really liked it. The flats are so spacious, bright, and airy and built with high-quality materials. All the fittings were very good, and the switchboards were branded. I took the property on rent and am living peacefully here. The residents and the surroundings are also excellent. You will get all the daily essentials near the house only. Highly recommended, worth living.

When I saw Vasant Marvel, I liked the ambition of its 1/2/3-BHK flats, a tower surrounded by greenery, and a promise of modern amenities filled with a pool, a gym, gardens, and ample parking space. If the builder gets their act together, this could be a decent value-for-money home in Borivali East.

I looked into Dheeraj Hill View Tower, and what I saw was honest and positive word of mouth that was a direct result of trustworthy deliveries. Residents generally rate its connectivity and everyday convenience fairly well due to its closeness to Borivali East’s transport nodes and daily destinations, which, trust me, is a big deal in Mumbai. The spaces feel open and livable, the fresh air and natural light aren’t bad, and there’s enough green around to make the walks and views pleasant. You also get basics like security, reliable power backup, and other community green pockets that actually make sense for families looking for long-term stays.

Sheth Irene- Wing A .

No communication from builder about the upcoming possession date of Tower(Wing) A. No one picks up the customer service call because 100% flats in Tower A are now sold so they don't care anymore it seems. I would like to find out the tentative date of Tower A possession but there is no interaction or further communication. Very frustrating, especially when you are not local and living close by.

The complex plan is good but long away from being completed

The area is very isolated and is completely silent

The road which leads to montana is a major issue

It stays completely silent and lacks connectivity due to the railway station being much far

There have been several disputes with vasant oscar the nearby society

It gets unsafe to go out without a car especially for females the market is also far and the podium is probably only gonna be a dream because it has litigation going on over it

The major issue is safety due to the road being too silent

That road is usally a hub for addicts in the evening and sometimes even in the day

The building is good new but the locality is a major issue

The area outside is very silent and it is very difficult and risky to go out in evening

There are lotsgroup of youngsters and also intoxicants in the evening andit gets unsafe especially for females, there have also been incidents of chain snatching and teasing on the road leading to the building

it is very silent.

It is even far away from the station and is very much at the dead end of the road followed by a pipe line behind it which is again very much resided my people with no conciousness

Unreliable, liars, zero transperancy, egoistic, rude and unprofessional.l, not trustworthy.

They are having project there Midori.Recently Visited the site to enquire about the project.there executive explained us the details of the project. A huge problem in this property is the car lift! It is not made well and it is constantly malfunctioning due to which we are not able to take out our cars when required!
