Agree with girishkkk they cheated me as well. No one answers the phone in the customer support number and if you call the sales person he cuts your calls.

Totally agree with this. Bicron is a fraud company which cheated me of guarantee. The battery worked only 8 months and then I had to run behind the customer support and sales offices for many months to even see what the problem is. After seeing it they conveniently said that the guarantee period is ...over by 12 months and so I should buy another one.Read More
