The only reason I went for this is because they were giving the bike with lowest downpayment. They also claimed that the bike will give mileage of 75km pl in the city.
The bike has absolutely nothing good and must say it was a total waste of money. If you take pillion riders then the clutch plates wear off. If you get it serviced at any Bajaj service center they will treat you like you are their slave begging them for a favour. In terms of after sales service Bajaj is the worst company.
Mileage is 55km at best. None of the authorized mechanics can fix it. I have gone 20 times to Popular on Bannerghatta road. They dont even acknowledge your presence if you go to give your bike for service. Well Amba Bajaj on housur road was a little better of the lot . Heard they have a branch in HSR Layout which is pathetic.
Now to think hard on the good aspects, the bike is lightweight .The headlight is powerful.average mileage so not too costly to maintain. The finance was arranged by them and there also they harassed me when I tried to get the hypothecation cancelled.
They claimed that I had missed one EMI of Rs. 1400 and miust pay Rs. 600 as fine for that! And if I ask details , he asks me to leave in a rough manner, since other customers are waiting behind me in the queue.I dont suggest anyone to put in their hard earned money on any Bajaj product.After they sell you a product you have to go and beg them for getting things fixed.
