I bought an inverter from the Bicron dealer in Marathahalli, Bangalore. It was a small shop on the first floor and the owner spoke well to me. We bought an inverter from them for our house and selected the same brand of battery also as he said the guarantee is better with their own brands.
Took the inverter home and next day it was installed so was happy with the buy. But within 3 months the unit stopped giving proper power backup. I called him many times and he never answered the phone.
I went once to his shop and again he assured that the company service people will drop in but they never came. Finally after a lot of fight they came and took the inverter saying its battery is weak. Again they never returned it for 15 days. When it came again it stopped working and I called them home again after a long argument. They took it a second time and did not fix anything. In the end I gave up and went for a different brand .
I lost my hard earned money due to this company.
