I am suffering the same plight. I bought a APC inverter 850 VA with Bicron batteries in Mar 2011. After two months this inverted started giving me low back up with about 15-30 minutes with one or two lights. I have requested the APC team to attend the inverter, however they said it is the Battery pr...oblem and the battery guys never turned to attend this for almost a month now.
