The story starts like this.
That was a Saturday evening when my friend wanted to buy a LCD TV, so we started a survey for best deal in the town. We have been to many showrooms @ marathalli, and at last stopped @NEXT. The sales guy explained us about all the available models. We were shown Samsung, LG. Somehow we though of buying LG 32 inch an LCD TV. The product was attractive with a good price.

After selection of model we asked the Sales guy about the stock availability. He promised that they have ready stock in go down and may take 24 Hours to get it delivered. Felt happy and paid the amount in FULL CASH( 30 K).
It was Sunday evening, we all were eagerly waiting for TV. We got a call from delivery boy in the evening asking to landmark to reach our home. Within 1 hour we got TV delivered @home.
It was already 7:30 in the evening and there we no power at home hence we requested the delivery boy to leave the TV and go. By 9 o clock in the night we got power and we were in the Excitement to open the new TV and start operating it. Pulled the TV box into hall and tired to open it……We were surprised to see that the TV delivered is not a SEAL BOX. The box looks tampered then our eyes went to product serial no. To our surprise the serial number on the BOX and product(TV) are not matchingL. It was already 9:30 in the night hence we decided to reach the showroom by next day morning.
Monday morning 11AM @ NEXT showroom.
We went to Next to ask about this. SHOCK to see the demo piece which was shown to us is not there and place was empty.
The great acting sales guy with a blank face asks us “sir what can do for you?” Now I got pissed off and asked where is the demo piece. He replied that “ Sir after you deal we got one more deal where the costumer agreed to demo piece….” and then he said “ Oh my god by mistake the DEMO piece came to you….any how sorry sir we will replace it.” And he asked us time of one day for replacement….
We felt like nay how if he agree for replace why should we think more…….we agreed for it. Left the place by noting down the manager number( manager was not there at that time to listen as it was too early for them…….showroom only open @ 11 AM)
Now Monday gone Tuesday, Wednesday also gone……….It was high time now.I called up MANOJ( so called Manager of the store) and asked him to give a final date and time when can my TV get replaced……this time he promised me that the shipment is on the way and will be delivered by Thursday 12 o clock.
By god’s grace I came to our house by 2:30 PM and it was seal piece. With in same day we got the service engineer also @ our home to install the TV…
This was a game played NEXT to push off the DEMO pieces….Hence friends be very careful while dealing with these guys…….I wanted share this with you all as you may also get cheated by these cheaters ………
