Very Good. I think you made your point - the movie is so bakwas, I think the only movie worse than this is either Chambal Ki Kasam or Chambal ki Rani, but not both. Yash/Aditya think Indian audience are idiot. i) How can a smart girl like Taaniji cannot recognize 'Raj' ii) Look at Suri's house -... does it look like middle class average person's house? iii) Such a big house, and there is only ONE bed room???? so that Suri has to sleep in Barsati iv) Worse - a day before final concert, Taani was ready to run away with Raj. What changed her mind in Golden Temple????? Why 'Tujh me rab dikhta hai' song in Golden Temple - Suri hadn't done anything for her till then, and later. v) Worst: A 'naayee' can change a person's hair style or even his clothes - but he cannot change the personality. Just having a stylish haircut doesn't make a less confident, introvert person a very confident and outspoken person. The 'Raj' should still have some lack of confidence. Overall, totally dabba movie....but it will be superhit - because of media Thanks for saying this is a bundle movieRead More

Ha..Ha...really good one Here is another one: As soon as Ganguly went out to the field to bat, his mobile phone rang. Dravid picked the phone and answered. It was Ganguly's wife calling for Saurav. Dravid said, 'Hold on for a minute, he will be here any moment'

I agree, and respect what you said, However I differ from you over your conclusion. Saurav has good record, yes - but then so do Kapil Dev, Sunil Gavaskar, Viswanath etc etc etc. So should they also be kept in? India is a country of lots and lots of talent, and you should be consistent in your pe...rformance to be included in Team 'eleven' India. Simply, based upon past record, no one should be included, only then we can beat Australia. What you think ?Read More

I can understand your emotions, and I agree with what you suggest. Its so pity for India, that 70 years old leader is claiming to make India super power by 2020. India could have gone on war with Pakistan when their Parliament was attacked, but they got scared of Pakistan's nuclear. One day Atal ...Bihari was talking about strong actions, sent army in Kashmir, and next day he announced 6000 crores packages, most of which go to politicians swiss accounts. In my opinion, war is not the answer, but they have to make their boarder secure. How can 4-5 thousand terrorists cannot be controlled by an army of 200,000 in Kashmir. Just shoot whoever is trying to enter. But then the problem of Indian corruption comes to the picture, and the authorities start torturing innocent people. So, my friend, its not one problem....one problem brings another one, and the solution to one brings in another one as well. Overall, this system cannot be changed, unless people like you join the politics. As far as this govt is concerned, they have leased their soul to US. They put Iran friendship on the side, and voted for sanctions against it, and mark my words India will send its troops to die in Iran war (greed of civil nuclear reactor). Read More

Good review. Zinda is really one of best movies I saw recently. However, its a scene to scene copy of Korean movie 'Oldboy' The only change is the reason why 'john' took revenge from 'sanjay' and this only change has ruined 'zinda'. Zinda is about why Sanjay was captured. Oldboy is why he was ...released. In Oldboy, the real torture starts after he is released. In Zinda, the torture ends as soon as Sanjay is released. If you like zinda, Oldboy is a MUST watch.Read More

Shreya Goshal has impact on you, but Anuradha Paudwal not. Thats not surprising to me, after one teenager once told me that 'kanta laga' was sung by 'dunno what she named - but she meant that remix singer' Singing is different to everyone. You rightly pointed that out, but there are some things w...hich appeal universally, and may be you dont think Anuradha Paudwal is one of them. Read More

I saw Zinda day before yesterday. I dont read the reviews of such movies before I watch them. So I read the review yesterday. One review said, it was a copy of Oldboy, and that Sanjay Gupta changed the story as the original would have outrightly been rejected by the Indian audience. Since then I was... wondering what the original suspense would be. Your review explains that, and I admit Oldboy reasoning is shocking, and Zinda's reasoning for revenge is not even 1% of that. I loose, ICICI wins. I couldn't get the internet user name and password in four months, so I simply gave up. Next time I visit India, I'll wrap up everything with ICICI. Lesson: While abroad, dont open account with Indian bank.

With most NRIs, problem is they think they themselves are 'amriKan' 'british' or whereever they live, but assume that other Indians are 'dirty, smelly and badmaash' - you're right. I have experienced at many many occasions, where I'm walking down the mall or restaurant or anywhere else. When I ha...ve an eye contact with an American, we smile and says Hello. But 'non reliable indians' make an eye contact and start looking away - thinking they're better than every other indian. We (yes we) Indians are the most discriminating people in the world, and blame 'gore' for the discrimination. Read More

I'm surprised why would you open bank account with an Indian bank in UK. On my last visit to India, I opened the account with ICICI, just to transfer money there, and its been like four months I dont have password for internet banking. Contra to this US banks give it in two days, their customer r...eps are very professional, helpful and authorized to process the transactions. Hard for me to understand why would someone will open account with Indian bank, are you not aware of how 'efficient' their systems are?Read More

Did you forget to mention about DVD writer or just skipped it intentionally. DVDs have larger storage capacity, and cost less than CDs. I'd definitely go with it. Anyway, Very Good Review, actually preview of buying a computer :)

I have the same story as the original poster. On my last visit, opened NRE account with ICICI, with only one thing in mind, that this is a private bank, so the service 'would' be better. This is unbelievable that indian software engineers who are designing the programmes all over the worls, why t...hey were not hired for ICICI web/jobs. Its been over two months that I opened the account, and still dont have user ID/password. Second, I told them not to send me any debit card - they did. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.... I'm thinking to close the account, if possible here otherwise on my next visit to India.Read More

Hindus are the most coward community/religion on the earth, yourself and myself included. Its a trend, you speak against Hindu, and thats called secularism. You speak against Muslim, and that becomes 'unnecessary' for 'cowards' like you and me. The Indian problems are not because that people o...f many different religions live there. The root of the problem is Mahatma (?) Gandhi, Nehru. Nehru should not have been the first PM. He did not pay any attention to the education and basic infrastructure and preferred to get his dresses from Paris (thats all). He was virtually unopposed those days, because of lack of political parties. Then, came the corruption system, which has replaced the law and order. But can something be done about it. I doubt, not that I'm thinking negatively; but realty is you cannot fight with the system, which is corruption now. Read More

Oh, I'm not trying to change your opinions, just wanted to share the thoughts with you. Like everyone else *loves' Preity Zinta, and I have to miss some good movies just because of her. It makes me mad when someone says Veer Zara is good movie (grrrrr, Preity) Anyway, there was another game show ...(cant remember its name right now, but it was presented by Brooke Burns......cutie) Have you checked that one.Read More

Who told you that Fear Factor is a realty show. I dont know if thats the way they advertised it, But Fear factor is a Game Show, which test the contests not only physically but mentally as well. The setting of the show save you physically, but the fear is in mind too. Its much easier to say that 80 ...feet above and they tied you with ropes so that you dont fall is not risky. Yes not risky to get hurt, but what about 'scare of heights' Not easy man. This has been very good show and always had the very good ratings in US. I very much enjoy this show, except the second part of the show where contestes have to 'eat' Now that you know its not a realty show, and just a game show - may be now you can watch it from a different angle.Read More

Any 'over rated' list is incomplete without Vivek Oberoi and Arjun Rampal. Kareena is my all time favourite, dont know why everyone else doesn't like her. I agree with all other choices. Special Thanks for putting Preity 'most irritating' Zinta in your list.

The movie should have been named as 'Sar Dukhar'. Sar dukh gaya dekhte dekhta, badi mushkil se khatam hui. Your review is much better than the movie. Godfather still is one of the best Hollywood, and this one ......:-( True, Nakal karne ke liye akal chahiye, aur akal jiske paas ho use nakal... ki zaroorat nahin...right?Read More
