Some people are plain lucky..... Review on Ten Most Overrated Bollywood Personalities

TEN MOST OVER-RATED PERSONALITIES OF BOLLYWOOD ,Well...................this is quite an interesting topic to write on,as there are many people in the hindi film industry who have no looks,personality,charm and most importantly TALENT but are still there ruling the roost and are also publics darling,which is sad.I feel most of the Bollywood personalities at present are over-hyped and I feel media is also responsible for making them these huge stars...............which they don't deserve.I'll pick some people of BOLLYWOOD whom I feel are very bad and over-rated and who dont deserve all the praise and success they have got...............and please this is strictly my choice:

SHARUKH KHAN...................This man's success will always remain a mystery to me,what do people like in him,i really don't know nor care ,but he is one of the worst actors to come out in the history of Bollywood who is also such a big star.I think he really knows to play the media games well.................thats why maybe he is so popular.In all his films he will wear the same monkey type expressions,same irritating laughter,same hamming..............his star image always dominates over his acting,he ends up being SHARUKH KHAN in all his films.I feel no one can be more over-rated then him.HE IS THE UN-DISPUTED HAM KING.

ABHISHEIK BACHCHAN....................is it necessary that we should praise him because he is AMITABH BACHCHAN's son?I see no other reasons for him being called a great actor after his recent success.He is not naturally gifted and his effort to pull of a scene shows in every frame.I think the standard of acting has gone down in BOLLYWOOD..............i see no other reason for Abhisheik being called the next superstar of Bollywood.

SANJAY LEELA BHANSALI...................i FEEL HE MAKES THE MOST VISUALLY STUNNING FILMS........................but all his films lack emotion and soul.I feel he is way to over-rated as a director,especially after BLACK.And mind you that man copies almost all his films...............HDDCS WAS A COPY OF woh saat din,dEVDAS WE ALL KNOW AND BLACK was inspired by mIRACLE WORKER...............so what is he doing on his own?

KAREENA KAPOOR...................was said to be the next best thing of BOLLYWOOD after her debut.But she has done nothing to show or proove that she really is the best as far as talent is considered.She was hyped because she came from such a big and known family................otherwise she'ld not have made it so easily.

PREITY ZINTA...................the cute dimpled face Preity,well that is the only thing that she has.I really think that there is a big question mark as far as her acting is considered...................she is also way to over-rated.I have only liked her in two films till now one was DIL SE and ARMAAN...................otherwise her acting was pretty lame in all her films.And if KAL HO NA HO is what got her a filmfare best actress award then I really feel ,the industry is going nowhere.

RANI MUKHERJEE........................She is talented,but at the same time she is too over-rated as an actress.I think her acting in BLACK was average,and any other good actress could have done it the way she did or maybe better than her.I also feel Rani looks and acts the same in all her films..................there is no versatlity in her acting.

KARAN JOHAR.......................well what do I say for him?He is obsessed with himself,his films,Sharukh khan,his actors..................and does nothing but praise them.What was so special about KUCH KUCH HOTA HAI,K3G,KAL HO NA HO and KAAL................that he is considered the best in the buisness....................i really don't know.

BIPASHA BASU..................Well she was praised to the skies when AJNABEE released and she even got best debutant award for that,i only feel that there is so much dearth of talent in Bollywood that we have to consider the BIPASHAS AND THE MALLIKAS as good actress.

AISHWARYA RAI....................does she really know the A of acting.She is a over-rated plastic cat,who has earned enough praise and success on the basis of her looks.I read articles praising her in RAINCOAT so I rented the film and watched it,but she dissapointed big time................coz she just doesn't have the talent to do any arty kind of stuff.MOULI GANGULY who was there in a short role was far far better than her in the film.

JOHN ABRAHIM...........he is a great looker(though I beg to differ on that too)but a very big question mark on his acting and he is already being hailed as the next best thing of BOLLYWOOD.Hell,no.

Well these are my choices of over-rated people in BOLLYWOOD...............i hope you enjoy reading about them.
