ICICI SUCKS BIG TIME
I WAS IN INDIA TO OPEN ICICI NRI ACCOUNT.
WHILE I WAS IN INDIA THEY SENT DOCUMENTS TO USA :-(
AFTER I AM BACK ,I ONLY FOUND OUT THAT THERE IS NO ONLINE USER NAME/PASSWORD TO LOGIN ONLINE.
AFTER SPENDING A MONTH OF TIME GOT ONLINE USERID WHICH IS CREATED AUTOMATICALLY AND THEY HAVE NO CONTROL NOR I
THEY SHOULD HAVE SOME SENSE EITHER A NUMBER OR APLANUMERIC OF MY CHOICE(WHICH IS AVAILBLE)
IN THE END THE USERNAME/PASSWORD DONT WORK.
THE ONLINE WAY TO RESET WEBSITE IS DOWN ALL THE TIME .
NONE OF ICICI EMPLOYEES RESPOND TO EMAIL ,
THEY JUST WASTE USERS TIME ,
MANY OF THEIR EMPLOYEES LOOK LIKE COPY CATS
WITH NO COMMON SENSE FOR SIMPLE QUESTIONS,JUST COPY PASTE ANSWERS .
SUGGESTIONS FOR ANY BANK
IF YOU ARE HAVING SO MANY NEGITIVE RATINGS ,
YOU CAN LEARN FROM OTHER BETTER ONES .
EMPLOYEES COULD BE TRAINED BETTER FOR DOCUMENTATION INSTEAD OF GIVING
WRONG INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS.
LOOKS LIKE EMPLOYEES ARE WORN OUT WITH WORK.
