Completely agree. Dr Batra's has a bunch of incompetent people who pretend to be doctor's. their diagnosis and prognosis is based on the software that they have loaded on their PCs. I have spent a bunch of money with them, and had no result. They come up with excuses, their doctors don't show up and... you get to know only after you reach the location. which implies that a different doctor sees you every some other time. bottom line - don't go to Dr Batra's at all.Read More

For a good Ac, I would happily pay more...as I did for my 1.2 ton ac which is >10K more than other acs in the market. However, I do agree completely for service / installation. I bought this in Bangalore from an ezone. No problem with sales or delivery. I live on a 2nd floor and the installation ...team has not able to install, has come up with a thousand excuses etc and are starting to install now...a week after I bough the ac. Their installation teams are inadept, and ill equipped. If you can live with the immense pain of installation (which is not worth it), buy a Hitachi. If your installation company in Bangalore is a bunch of idiots called ConCad, God help you. If you would rather avoid this, buy a Samsung or LG. I would really think twice before even considering buying a Hitachi AC.Read More
