The same case is with me. I coughed off around 16 thousand rs for the treatment of my sis and mom. There condition got worst from bad. Stopped taking their medicine just after two months of the treatment. I think i got fished my their marketing strategy. My request to any body out here is : Can anyb...ody suggest me how to get my money back or just tell me if consumer court would be of any help. If yes how should I proceed. I am just a begineer in my career and wasted half of salary in one go just to help my mother and sis to get rid of their disease. Though my sister is undergoing an another treatment for her case my mother has got bedridden. she was having arthritis die to which she use to get a lot of pain in her joints and all her fingers and joint areas use to get swollen up. Now she is bedridden and cant stand on her own. She is still recapturing from the side effects their medicine got her into. Please pray for my mom and let me know how can i sue this company for cheating people. Please helpRead More
