Dr Batra's clinic is a cheat. Review on Dr Batra's Clinic - Malleshwaram - Bangalore

I want to let you all know that Dr Batra's Positive Health Clinic is a CHEAT.I had called my parents to stay with me in Bangalore. My sis was having some depression problem and my mother is an arthritis patient. I took both of them for the treatment in Dr Batra Clinic.

My sis who could not improve by their medicine was taken out of their treatment just after a month. Thank god she is under treatment somewhere else and is recovering. My mother though she is an old arthritis patient was under treatment through a homeopathic Dr. The treatment was helping her with her pain but she was not at all totally satisfied with the treatment as she usually had the joint pain. I took her to the Dr Batra's clinic and started the treatment.

Before their treatment though she was having pain but was able to walk and do her daily chores. She was assured of getting rid of her arthritis but they have told that it will take some time as it was an old and chronic disease for her. We started the medicine, all was fine for a fortnight. But later on her condition started worsening. She got all her joints swollen and there was tremendous pain. We again consulted the Dr and was advised to take a pain killer for some day.

She started taking it but was afraid of taking pain killer as she knew it has great side effects. Again we consulted the Dr and they changed the medicine. But no improvements. By that time she was bedridden and was just not able to sit, leave standing and walk. We again started her old medicine but this time the medicine was not acting. I took her back to my native and consulted her Dr. She is still bedridden and we are very much disturbed and anguished by what we got from Dr Batra even after spending 15000 Rs for treatment. It really pains me to see my mother condition like that too after spending half of my hard earned salary.Now when I ask them to refund the amount, they say that they have no such policy.

Is it the rule of the law that even if don't like the product and don't utilize their service they will keep my money. Can anybody help me to find if there is any way out to get my money back. Does consumer court would be of any help? I am really shattered and sad, and ask the government how could they allow people to get cheated by their authority. Government is the one who gives licenses to run such butcher shop.In the last, I also want to add that though the courtesy and manner of the staff of this clinic was good I feel cheated as I have not got what I deserve. I am sad, depressed and shocked because my mother is in bad condition.

They may have treated hundreds of people but in my case they have failed. I just want to tell these people if you cant treat never take a patient. They may have some targets to meet so that they take any patient for the sake of money. Its nothing but cheating people and playing with their life and loved ones.I am really warn people to be beware of such money making government help institution and organization.Any body out here who can help me in this case.Regards
